This Voluntary Sponsorship Agreement (the "Agreement") applies to any sponsorship you make to us through the "Support Us" page on the Solme website or the "Support Us" page within the Solme app. Before sponsoring, please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement. By tapping "Agree and Continue" or actually completing a sponsorship payment, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
A sponsorship is a voluntary, gratuitous gift to the developer based on your appreciation of Solme. It does not constitute any purchase, consumption, or consideration for services, and no contract of sale or for services is formed between the parties.
Whether and how much to sponsor is entirely up to you. Choosing not to sponsor does not affect any feature of Solme, and no feature of Solme differs based on whether or how much you sponsor.
We do not promise or provide, in exchange for sponsorship, any feature unlocking, membership, premium services, priority updates, or any other form of benefit. Apart from this Agreement, the User Agreement, and the Solme Privacy Policy, sponsorship creates no other rights or obligations between the parties.
Once a sponsorship payment is completed, the gift is complete and is in principle non-refundable, except as otherwise provided by applicable laws and regulations (for example, where a minor's guardian lawfully requests a refund). If you believe a payment was made in error (e.g., a duplicate payment), please contact us via the contact information in Section 8, and we will handle the matter in good faith.
Minors should not make sponsorships. If a minor wishes to sponsor, it should be done by their guardian, or with the guardian's consent and under their guidance. For a minor's sponsorship made without guardian consent or ratification that is beyond what is appropriate for their age and intelligence, the guardian may request a refund in accordance with the law.
Sponsorship payments are made through third-party payment channels such as WeChat Pay and Alipay. Disputes arising from the payment channel itself (e.g., payment failures or duplicate charges) are governed by the service agreements and rules of the relevant third-party payment platform.
Sponsorship funds will be used for the development, updating, and maintenance of Solme, including development tools, equipment, and necessary cloud service expenses.
